Surprisingly this is one of the more well maintained and organized utility poles in Saigon. Developing world problems! With construction sites changing our skyline 24x7, it's not uncommon to see utilities workers stringing through new telephone wires or cutting out old ones. They often times hang super low to the ground too. It took me awhile to get used to walking along the street with cut wires at my feet and a mess of them just slightly above my reach.
