A Vietnamese friend of ours was visiting his family in Dalat and brought us back a bounty of fresh vegetables this weekend, so I made some pressed beet-carrot-apple-lemon juice! Elijah loved the color but wasn't so much a fan of the earthy flavor from the beets. I'm so glad we brought along our Breville juicer.
